In this assignment, we had the freedom to select from a variety of three-dimensional shapes. Our primary objective was to employ wire creatively, devising unique methods to interconnect the pieces. Notably, the challenge for the lower project lay in abstaining from glue, pushing us to explore inventive ways to link the components.
For this project, the challenge was to recreate a chosen body part, and I decided to focus on depicting ribs as a symbolic representation of "life" inspired by biblical references. The key focal point of my creation was the incorporation of texture. To achieve this, I crafted multiple pom-poms using yarn and connected them with wire, effectively mimicking the appearance of string.
