In the "Manifesto" project, each of us selected a manifesto and crafted posters to embody its essence. I chose the impactful "I Have a Dream" speech by Martin Luther King Jr., which centers on the civil rights movement. To capture the gravity of the message, I opted for a monotone color scheme, carefully considering the tone and placement of specific elements within the speech.
By integrating quotes directly from the manifesto onto the posters, I aimed to convey the profound sentiments and ideals that resonated with the civil rights movement. The use of monotones was a deliberate choice, emphasizing the seriousness and historical significance of the subject matter.
